What is the founding programme?+
The first ~50 customers lock in today's founding price forever. No price jumps from $6.99 to $9.99 six months later. You're paying for the work we still have to do; we're paying you back with a forever rate.
How is Team different from buying multiple Creator plans?+
Team unlocks capabilities Creator doesn't have: multi-account and multi-brand, team roles, an approval workflow before publish, and much higher moderation throughput. It's not just more seats — it's a different product surface for agencies.
What are the moderation volume limits actually for?+
AI has a cost per call. We use a rule-engine-first pipeline that resolves 85–95% of comments before any LLM gets touched, but the LLM is still real money. The tier quotas keep the price honest. We'll always warn you well before any limit hits.
Is there an annual discount?+
Not in V1 — we want to learn from real monthly churn before locking customers in. Annual + discount lands once moderation has proven itself.
Why is Agency 'Contact us'?+
