How is annual billed?+
One payment up front, works out to roughly two free months versus paying monthly. Cancel any time — the annual price is not a lock-in, just a discount for paying once.
How is Agency different from Creator?+
Agency unlocks unlimited channels and brands, the influencer marketplace + payouts, approval routing with custom roles, SSO with audit-log retention, and a dedicated CSM. Creator is optimised for one person operating one brand; Agency is optimised for a team operating many.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades prorate immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your workspace stays live to the end of the paid period, then converts to Free (with the Free-tier limits). You can export everything at any time — templates, posts, assets, analytics.
Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?+
Yes — 50% off Creator or Agency for registered non-profits and qualifying education institutions. Reach out from the contact page to apply.
Are the templates in the marketplace included?+
Free templates are usable on any tier, including Free. Paid templates (creators can charge per use) are unlocked on Creator + Agency; free-plan users see the price and can upgrade.
